Sarà responsabile dell'accoglienza degli ospiti sotto la supervisione dello Smile Officer.

Missione 1 : Garantire un'accoglienza calorosa, personalizzata e permanente ai clienti, consigliandoli, fidelizzandoli e gestendo il numero di clienti. Trasmettere l'immagine di JO&JOE e della sua Open House attraverso il proprio atteggiamento.
Missione 2 : Registrare le prenotazioni dei clienti e gestire le telefonate.
Missione 3 : Accogliere e prendersi cura del cliente seguendo le linee guida del brand
Missione 4 : Supportare l'ospite garantendo un'assistenza nei tempi brevi
Missione 5 : Conoscere e applicare le regole di sicurezza dell'Open House (antincendio, ecc.) e garantire la sicurezza dei beni e delle persone
Missione 6 : Controllare le vendite con le direttive del brand e promuovere il programma di fidelizzazione
Missione 7: Promuovere i vari servizi Dell'open house per ottimizzare le vendite aggiuntive (servizi di concierge, upsales, ecc.)
Missione 8 : Assistere il servizio di ristorazione, in particolare per la prima colazione.
Missione 9 : Comunicare le informazioni necessarie agli altri reparti (piani, pulizie, tecnici, ecc.) e agli altri membri del proprio reparto.
Missione 10 : Rispettare le procedure di fatturazione e di incasso e supervisionare la preparazione e l'invio delle varie fatture dei debitori.
Missione 11 : Gestire il fondo cassa a voi affidato
Missione 12 : Verificare le richieste ricevute dai nostri portali dei nostri ospiti
Missione 13 : Gestione dei gruppi, fatturazione, gestione dei commenti dei clienti
Missione 14 : Rapporti, registrazioni, preparazione delle richieste F&B per il giorno successivo.
