1. Atención al Cliente:
- Registro de Huéspedes (Check-in): Dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes, verificar sus reservas, completar los registros necesarios y proporcionarles información clave sobre el hotel y sus servicios.
- Salida de Huéspedes (Check-out): Procesar los pagos, asegurar que se liquiden todas las cuentas y servicios utilizados, y gestionar la salida de los huéspedes.
- Brindar asistencia a los huéspedes de manera profesional y eficiente, respondiendo a preguntas, resolviendo problemas o quejas.
2. Gestión de Reservas:
- Reservas y Confirmaciones: Tomar y confirmar reservas de habitaciones, gestionar cancelaciones o modificaciones, y asegurar que las reservas se registren correctamente en el sistema.
- Asignación de habitaciones: Asignar habitaciones según las preferencias y necesidades de los huéspedes, asegurando una experiencia personalizada.
3. Gestión de Información:
- Información y Asesoramiento: Proporcionar información sobre los servicios del hotel, así como sobre atracciones locales, transporte y eventos en la zona.
- Comunicación interna: Coordinar con otros departamentos del hotel (como limpieza, mantenimiento y restauración) para garantizar que las necesidades de los huéspedes sean satisfechas.
4. Tareas Administrativas:
- Procesar pagos y emitir facturas para los huéspedes, manejar efectivo y transacciones electrónicas de manera precisa.
- Registro de Datos: Mantener registros precisos de las reservas, la ocupación y otras estadísticas relevantes.
5. Atención Telefónica y Correo Electrónico:
- Atención de Llamadas: Gestionar las llamadas telefónicas, tanto internas como externas, responder a preguntas y redirigir las llamadas a los departamentos correspondientes.
- Correspondencia: Responder a correos electrónicos y otros mensajes, asegurando una comunicación clara y profesional.
6. Coordinación de Servicios Adicionales:
- Servicio de Concierge: Organizar y gestionar reservas para actividades, restaurantes, transporte y otros servicios solicitados por los huéspedes.
- Manejo de Equipaje: Coordinar el almacenamiento y la entrega de equipaje para los huéspedes.
7. Seguridad y Emergencias:
- Procedimientos de Seguridad: Conocer y seguir los procedimientos de seguridad del hotel, incluida la gestión de situaciones de emergencia y la evacuación si es necesario.
- Control de Acceso : Monitorear y controlar el acceso a las instalaciones del hotel, garantizando la seguridad de los huéspedes y el personal.
8. Mantenimiento del Área de Recepción:
- Orden y Limpieza: Mantener el área de recepción limpia y ordenada, creando un ambiente acogedor para los huéspedes.
