Company Description

The Hoxton in Vienna. Join our Team!

With 196 rooms, a ground-floor and a rooftop restaurant, two bars, event spaces including a large auditorium, and a rooftop swimming pool, we’re making our mark in Vienna. You’re an out-of-the-box thinker and want to work in a creative environment? We can’t wait to welcome YOU to our team!

More about us…

The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels, each set in a neighborhood we love. Since opening our first hotel in Shoreditch, we’ve aimed to offer more than just a bed for the night. We believe that great style doesn’t have to come at the expense of great value, and we’ve created places where guests can mingle with locals and soak up the surroundings, with lively, welcoming public spaces.

What you’ll do…

  • Manage all purchase orders for F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and Administration
  • Ensure compliance with approved suppliers, pricing agreements, and budget guidelines
  • Track delivery performance, verify quantities, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all vendors and maintain strong working relationships
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with Finance
  • Monitor consumption, stock levels, and cost performance – identify savings opportunities
  • Maintain accurate product and pricing data in the procurement system (EMC)
  • Ensure full documentation, policy compliance, and audit readiness
  • Support monthly inventory counts and cost control processes with Finance
  • Collaborate closely with all departments to understand operational needs and ensure timely supply

Qualifications

What we’re looking for…

  • Highly organized with a love for creating structure and optimizing processes.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • 2–3 years of purchasing experience, ideally in hospitality or F&B
  •  Experience with supplier management and procurement systems
  • Knowledge of food safety and HACCP is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
