Adagio a déployé le RMS IDeaS en 2024 sur l’ensemble de son parc. IDeaS est le leader mondial de logiciel de revenue management, présent dans plus de 100 pays et 18000 hôtels avec une technologie d’IA la plus avancée sur le marché.
Dans cette transformation majeure pour Adagio, vous serez en charge :
- D’accompagner la transition suite au déploiement de ce nouvel outil :
- Suivre la performance de l’outil
- Contrôler que l’outil s’adapte aux spécificités du modèle Aparthotels
- Interlocuteur de référence avec IDeaS sur la partie commerciale et technique, vous définirez les solutions pour adapter l’outil à nos besoins
- Responsable de l’animation en interne du RMS : accompagner les RM sur les leviers de performance
- Mettre en place et gérer les process et outils RM
- Coordonner les phases récurrentes ou ponctuelles de forecasts et des budgets
- Analyser la performance RM et définir les axes d’amélioration
- Participer aux projets de la Direction
L'optimisation fait partie de votre ADN ? Enthousiaste, agile, dynamique et proactif, vous avez de vraies capacités de communication et de conviction ? Vous avez une excellente maîtrise d'Excel et avez déjà utilisé IDeaS ? Vous parlez anglais ?
Votre profil nous intéresse : nous recherchons notre nouveau Pricing Performance Manager au sein du siège d'Adagio en France. Vous avez une expérience (2-3 ans minimum) en tant que Revenue Manager, Analyste Pricing ou Chef de projet Pricing.
