We're looking for a visionary and strategic Portfolio Director of Revenue Management to lead our revenue optimization initiatives across multiple properties Raffles Jaipur, Fairmont Jaipur and Raffles Udaipur based at Udaipur, India. In this pivotal leadership role, you'll drive profitability and market share growth through innovative revenue strategies while fostering a collaborative, data-driven culture. - Lead and oversee comprehensive revenue management strategies for a cluster of properties, ensuring maximum profitability, market competitiveness, and sustainable growth
- Develop and implement innovative pricing, distribution, and channel management strategies to optimize revenue across all touchpoints and customer segments
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, economic indicators, and demand patterns to forecast revenue opportunities and adjust strategies proactively
- Collaborate strategically with General Managers, Sales teams, and cross-functional departments to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives and organizational goals
- Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of revenue managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision-making
- Utilize advanced analytics platforms and revenue management systems to identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and areas for revenue optimization
- Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of revenue strategies and communicate results transparently
- Present regular performance reports, strategic insights, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and confidence
- Drive the adoption and implementation of best practices in revenue management across the cluster, ensuring consistency and excellence
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all revenue-related activities and decision-making processes
- Identify and mitigate risks while remaining resilient and adaptable in response to market changes and business challenges
**Required Skills & Competencies:**
- Advanced proficiency with revenue management systems, business intelligence tools, and analytics platforms
- Expertise in pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization methodologies
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Exceptional strategic planning and implementation capabilities with a track record of driving results
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience with the ability to mentor and develop talent
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with a detail-oriented approach
- Change management and organizational development expertise
**Required Experience:**
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in revenue management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or director-level role
- Proven experience managing revenue strategies across multiple properties or business units
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing revenue optimization initiatives that resulted in measurable financial impact
- Experience working in a cluster or multi-unit environment with diverse market dynamics
- Track record of building and leading high-performing revenue management teams
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in the hospitality, retail, or multi-unit business environment
- Knowledge of regional market dynamics and consumer behavior in India
- Familiarity with emerging revenue management technologies and industry innovations
- Professional certifications in revenue management, hospitality management, or related fields
- Experience with budget forecasting and financial planning
**Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus
