Job Description

  • Welcome our guests with a warm smile and set the tone for an exceptional stay at Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport
  • Assist guests with their luggage during check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience that leaves a lasting impression
  • Collaborate with the Head Concierge and our Welcomers to ensure guests feel at home and their belongings are handled with utmost care
  • Keep the lobby and foyer area immaculate, conducting regular checks to ensure it’s always clean and presentable
  • Park and retrieve guests' cars with care, enhancing their convenience and comfort (where applicable)
  • Ensure timely and efficient collection and delivery of guest luggage, providing top-notch service throughout their stay

Qualifications

You will be:

  • Experienced in Front Office or a Porter/Concierge role is preferred but not essential
  • Assisting guests with valet parking (a Full Driver's License is required)
  • Dedicating yourself to ensuring every guest has a satisfactory and unforgettable experience
  • Guaranteeing a warm welcome upon arrival and check-out, fulfilling all guest needs
  • Maintaining an approachable demeanor, take charge, multitask effectively, and handle guest luggage with physical capability
  • Lifting and carrying guest luggage throughout your shift. We don't expect you to be Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, but being physically capable to lift and carry large or heavy items is essential
