Sofitel Bahrain is inviting enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our People & Culture Team as a Trainee. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic 5-star environment where French elegance meets Bahraini warmth.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist with onboarding, orientation, and staff engagement programs
Support recruitment efforts, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews
Help maintain HR records, systems, and internal communications
Contribute to employee wellness and recognition initiatives
Assist in organizing events, trainings, and team-building activities
Be a daily support for team members – our Heartists– across departments
Final year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Hospitality, or Business Administration
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus!)
A proactive, positive attitude and high level of confidentiality
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and support a diverse team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
