Job Description

 

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive personnel files, leave records, and medical documentation in compliance with Indian labor laws and organizational policies
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and training programs for new employees, creating a welcoming experience from day one
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll, timekeeping, and attendance management processes
  • Manage compliance with Social Security and statutory procedures specific to Indian employment regulations
  • Coordinate internal communication initiatives, company announcements, and employee engagement events that strengthen organizational culture
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and transparency
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic people decisions and support organizational goals

 


Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources
  • Proven experience in personnel administration, timekeeping management, and employee record maintenance
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with HRIS or HR management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all organizational levels
  • Experience in employee engagement, culture building, or internal communications
  • Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights
  • Empathetic listener with genuine interest in supporting employee well-being and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
