THE MISSION?
We’re looking for a Paymaster to keep our payroll running smoothly and make sure every employee gets their paycheck right on time! 💼💰 If payroll management, calculating leave days, and handling deductions are your bread and butter, we need you to keep our HR finances on track! ✨
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- You’ll be the master of time sheets and payroll processing, making sure every employee completes their work cycle. ⏰ You'll verify and process overtime, leave requests, and status changes like a pro. Anything related to staff in-and-outs will be in your capable hands! 📋✅
- At month’s end, you’ll prepare payroll like a champ. From tracking cash advances to double-checking reports, you’ll ensure everything is in perfect order before submitting to the Financial Controller and General Manager. 📝🔄
- You’ll also team up with P&C to help new employees set up their bank accounts and handle timecards. 🏦📇
- You’ll keep an eco-conscious eye on reducing pollution and protecting the environment, because even a Paymaster can help make the planet greener! 🌍♻️
