Outlet Cashier

This position is responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. You will handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, maintain a clean and organized work area, and assist with inquiries or concerns related to the service.

• Accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including making changes and issuing receipts.
• Keep the cashier area clean and organized, including the POS system, payment terminals, and surrounding areas.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient communication and teamwork.
• Follow outlet policies and procedures regarding cash handling, customer service standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols. Report any issues or concerns to the manager on duty.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cash handling or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software systems.
• Dependability and a positive attitude.
