We are looking for our Operations Manager for our future JO&JOE Budapest 🏨, which is due to open soon.
Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE πŸ“–, by being part of the opening team! The Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager especially with all aspects of the Room Division πŸ›οΈ.

  • You have proven experience in hotel and/or hostel operations, and a successful one in Rooms Division.
  • You are a master orchestrator in delivering an unforgettable experience for our customers. 🎯
  • You have the ability to adapt to any challenge, while remaining calm in a fast-paced environment with a high customer flow. 😌
  • You know how to manage, but also how to identify talent and develop it! 🌱
  • You want to be at the heart of the action with your team, and not always alone at your desk.
  • You are fluent in Hungarian, and you have a good level of English.
