Job Description

Be a part of the 2-Michelin Star Jaan by Kirk Westaway

The position is responsible for the management of overall operation and administration of the outlet/business unit, and be accountable for its revenue and profitability by communicating regularly with culinary team and revenue team to implement agreed upon strategies and promotions; Ensuring the highest possible standards and quality of products and services offering in the outlet as to meet and exceed guests expectations

Drive the service standards of Jaan, and elevate guest experience. Work with Chef Kirk Westaway to achieve 3-Michelin Star.


Qualifications

Your experience and Skills include:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience,  with at least 3 years in  the European fine dining scene.
  • Candidates with experience in 2/3-Michelin Star Restaurants will be  preferable.

  • Possess strong leadership qualities, sound judgement and decision making.

  • Have a collaborative, enabling leadership style. Prior experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), to help drive the service standards.

  • Leads to constantly improve the guest service experience and team performance
