We’re offering a rare opportunity for a dedicated Operations Manager to lead, support, and enhance our hotel operations. This role not only provides a unique chance to make a significant impact but also serves as a pathway to becoming a Hotel General Manager within the Accor Group.


Job Description

In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with department heads to ensure seamless operations and drive strategies that align with our property’s strategic and sales goals. Partnering with the General Manager and Executive Committee, you’ll play a crucial role in setting and achieving annual revenue targets, while overseeing departmental functions and managing budgets. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the team, enhancing employee engagement, and keeping everyone aligned and motivated. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll provide regular updates on operational achievements and key issues.

With your extensive experience in hotel management, strong financial expertise and talent for leading and inspiring teams, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact and advance your career. This role offers a clear pathway to a General Manager position with a leading global hospitality brand.


Qualifications

In addition to bringing a fresh perspective and energy, we are seeking candidates with:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a luxury hotel setting
  • Business Administration degree, with a focus on Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field.
  • Strong background in Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, and a keen focus on excellence.
  • A strong passion for hotel operations and a solid grasp of emerging industry trends and innovations.
  • A drive for tackling challenges and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, and networking skills
