Job Description
- Las responsabilidades incluyen, pero no están limitadas a, demostrar un compromiso de brindar un servicio anticipado, cálido y personalizado para superar las necesidades y expectativas del huésped.
- Posee conocimiento práctico del PMS del hotel y sistemas de flujo de trabajo: Opera Cloud & ALICE.
- Dar seguimiento al correo principal del hotel y dar respuesta a las solicitudes.

- Mantiene un alto nivel de comunicación y retroalimentación dentro del departamento y del hotel en general. Tiene un conocimiento completo del Hotel, incluidos todos los departamentos, servicios y puntos de venta, eventos y funciones del día.
Qualifications
- Compromiso comprobado en el servicio al huésped y el cumplimiento y superación de las expectativas de los huéspedes.
- Conocimiento en sistemas como Opera, POS, HotSOS, ALICE, Guest-Tek, MS Office.
- Buena atención al detalle.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita y organización.
- Debe estar dispuesto a trabajar en horarios variados, incluyendo noches, fines de semana, feriados y turnos divididos (según las necesidades de los huéspedes).
