•Mövenpick Resort Phan Thiet is located in a prime location on Hon Gio street, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province. The resort is located near the romantic beach, with a long stretch of fine white sand and emerald green sea water, bringing visitors beautiful natural scenery and fresh, cool atmosphere.
Responsible for the operational efficiency of all Front Office areas during the night shift and for ensuring exceptional service delivery in accordance with Mövenpick standards. This role is in charge of managing night operations, supervising staff, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, and handling guest concerns professionally and promptly.

Vị trí này sẽ giám sát hoạt động ca đêm, quản lý nhân sự, hỗ trợ quy trình nhận/trả phòng và xử lý các tình huống của khách hàng một cách chuyên nghiệp và kịp thời.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm chính)
Conduct shift briefings to communicate daily operations and key hotel activities.
Thực hiện họp giao ca để truyền đạt các hoạt động chính và yêu cầu vận hành trong ca.
Provide input and feedback during Front Office meetings.
Đóng góp ý kiến trong các cuộc họp của bộ phận Tiền sảnh.
Supervise Front Office night operations including:
Giám sát các hoạt động của bộ phận tiền sảnh trong ca đêm, bao gồm:
Maintaining accurate guest information
Cập nhật và duy trì thông tin khách hàng chính xác.
Keeping up-to-date records of local events and attractions
Cập nhật thông tin về sự kiện, điểm tham quan tại địa phương.
Compiling and analyzing occupancy statistics
Tổng hợp và phân tích dữ liệu công suất phòng.
Supervising the use of the public address system
Giám sát việc sử dụng hệ thống loa công cộng.
Overseeing group bookings and coordination
Quản lý và phối hợp đặt phòng theo đoàn.
Assisting in handling serious guest complaints and escalating to the Duty Manager when necessary

Supervise cashiering duties during the night shift:
Giám sát công việc thu ngân trong ca đêm:
Ensuring proper cash handling and banking procedures
Đảm bảo quy trình thu – chi và nộp tiền ngân hàng được thực hiện chính xác.
Handling irregular or disputed payments
Xử lý các khoản thanh toán không hợp lệ hoặc tranh chấp.
Training staff on credit policies and facilities
Hướng dẫn nhân viên về chính sách tín dụng và phương thức thanh toán.
Enforcing cash handling and security procedures
Đảm bảo quy trình an toàn trong quản lý tiền mặt.
Conducting debtor control and preparing financial reports
Kiểm soát công nợ và chuẩn bị báo cáo tài chính.
Overseeing the cashiering system and transactions
Giám sát toàn bộ hệ thống và quy trình thu ngân.
Be familiar with emergency evacuation and fire procedures, and take the lead if necessary.
Nắm vững quy trình sơ tán và xử lý sự cố cháy nổ, sẵn sàng thực hiện nhiệm vụ trong các tình huống khẩn cấp.
Participate in the execution of emergency response plans, including during fires, power failures, or bomb threats.
Tham gia thực hiện các kế hoạch ứng phó khẩn cấp như cháy nổ, mất điện hoặc đe dọa đánh bom.
Support Superior and Human Resources with manpower planning and staff management during night hours.
Hỗ trợ Quản lý Trực và bộ phận Nhân sự trong việc lập kế hoạch nhân sự và quản lý nhân viên ca đêm.
Assist Superior and Director of Finance in departmental budget preparation and control.
Hỗ trợ Quản lý và Giám đốc Tài chính trong việc xây dựng và kiểm soát ngân sách bộ phận.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Mövenpick Resort Phan Thiet’s management.

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
• 1 years experience in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and OPERA
• Problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Experience in the Hospitality industry. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
