El nuevo ibis Styles Barcelona Sant Joan Despi 4* está inspirado en el taller del artista donde tú eres el gran creador de las experiencias inolvidables del cliente y el equipo.
Atención al cliente:
- Recibir a los huéspedes con cordialidad y profesionalismo.
- Responder a consultas y proporcionar información sobre los servicios del hotel, horarios, y áreas cercanas.
- Atender y resolver cualquier inquietud o queja de los clientes durante su estancia.
- Realizar el check-in y check-out de los huéspedes de manera rápida y eficiente.
- Verificar las reservas y procesar pagos (tarjetas de crédito, efectivo, etc.).
- Asignar habitaciones de acuerdo con las preferencias de los clientes y disponibilidad.
- Realizar y confirmar reservas por teléfono, correo electrónico o en línea.
- Actualizar y mantener el sistema de reservas y la base de datos de clientes.
- Coordinar con otros departamentos sobre las necesidades de los huéspedes.
- Colaborar con el personal de limpieza y mantenimiento para asegurar que las habitaciones estén listas y en condiciones óptimas.
- Coordinar la gestión de solicitudes especiales, como reservas de restaurantes, traslados o actividades adicionales.
- Asegurar que la información sobre los huéspedes se mantenga confidencial.
- Recibir y enviar correspondencia, paquetería y mensajes para los huéspedes.
- Registrar pagos y otros cargos asociados a la estancia de los huéspedes.
- Realizar informes de ocupación, ventas y otras métricas para el seguimiento diario.
- Formación: Título de educación secundaria o formación técnica en turismo, hotelería o administración.
- Experiencia: Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o puestos similares en el sector hotelero.
- Habilidades:
- Buena comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera eficiente.
- Manejo de sistemas informáticos y software de gestión hotelera.
- Trabajo en equipo y actitud profesional.
Condiciones laborales:
- Horario: Incluye turnos rotativos, fines de semana y festivos.
Competencias adicionales:
- Idiomas, Imprescindible Inglés y Francés valorado positivamente.
- Actitud amigable, responsable y comprometida con la calidad del servicio y medio ambiente.
