Mission:
· Il/Elle traite et règle tout problème, toute plainte de client de façon courtoise et professionnelle.
· Il/Elle s'assure que les revenus et profits sont optimisés et que la satisfaction du client est obtenue.
· Il/Elle effectue la clôture de tous les départements et imprime tous les rapports demandés
· Il/Elle vérifie les revenus de tous les départements et s'assure que toutes les ventes ont été correctement enregistrées et codées.
· Il/Elle est responsable du suivi des délogements clients
· Il/Elle participe à la formation des nouveaux employés et s'assure du suivi de leur intégration au sein de l'équipe
· Il/Elle s'assure que le night audit est à jour dans sa check-list
· Il/Elle communique à son responsable toute anomalie ayant eu lieu la nuit.
· Il/Elle assure le suivi des informations concernant les clients aux divers services intéressés.
· Il/Elle vérifie son fond de caisse chaque jour.
· Il/Elle programme les réveils des groupes.
· Il/Elle s'occupe des bagages des clients si nécessaire.
· Il/Elle gère les coffres de dépôt destinés au client.
· Il/Elle partage les informations avec son équipe et les autres services.
· Il/Elle respecte les procédures de sécurité et d'hygiène appliquées dans l'hôtel.
Profile:
· Niveau Licence ou école de management hôtelier
· Expérience de 2 ans minimum en tant que Nuit Audit et/ou première expérience réussie en tant qu’Assistant.e Responsable de réception et/ou des Services d’accueil
· Expérience managériale de 2 ans minimum (5 personnes à plus)
· Maîtrise des outils informatiques Pack Office, TARS et Opéra
· Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
· Excellentes compétences organisationnelles
· Sens du détail et de la qualité
· Leadership développeur : orientation positive, capacité à développer une équipe responsable, capacité à former les membres de l’équipe et à développer leurs compétences, à responsabiliser et à promouvoir l’initiative
· Leadership collaboratif : esprit d’équipe, communication, facilitateur du travail en équipe
