Our Resort boasts 150 luxuriously appointed bungalow style villas, an award-winning resort with conference and wedding facilities and a day spa. Job Description

Due to recent movement within our Front Office department, we have an opportunity for a Night Manager to join our Front Office management team. As part of a team of 4 x Assistant Managers, you will report directly to our Front Office Manager. This is a full-time position where you will be required to cover our overnight shifts working between 11pm till 7am, 5 days per week.

You will be based on the front reception and will be responsible for cross checking and balancing work completed during the day by all outlets. You will ensure the highest level of customer service and professionalism is offered at all times whilst maintaining accuracy and guest confidentiality.

  • Hold responsibility and accountability for the efficient operations of the Resort on the overnight shift.
  • Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the Front Office department ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
  • Prepare briefing sheets for all staff, informing them of daily activities, group and VIP arrivals, as well as special requests.
  • Check accommodation, making sure special requests are carried out accordingly.
  • Assist guests with their luggage and be the first point of contact for all of our guests.
  • Prepare reports to reflect the trading result of the property on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • A passion for customer service along with a strong desire to achieve goals and targets.
  • Ability to commit to working 11pm till 7am for 5 nights per week.
  • Already hold or be able to obtain your - RSA Certificate, WA Approved Managers Card and Senior First Aid Certificate.

Annual Salary range is $70,000 - $76,500 based on experience.
