We are seeking a dynamic and talented Night Manager to join our team. Who will be responsible to the following key job responsibilities:

• Welcomes guests who arrive late and takes care of them until their departure

• Contributes to guest satisfaction by providing a high standard of service in line with norms and procedures

• Is responsible for the hotel once the daytime managers are off duty

• Helps the department meet its quantitative and qualitative targets

• Ensures the safety of property and people                                                                             

 • Represents the General Manager and the Front Office Manager throughout night operations and decide and act on his/their behalf

• To Ensure That Breakfast and meeting rooms functions are as per requirements

• Fully responsible of the Hotel Safety and Security During the Night

• To Ensure Proper Closing and opening for all outlets

• Ensure smooth operation in the night Shift and all department are available at all the time.

• Carry out duties as required

Education / Professional experience

• Hotel Management graduate or related course.                                                                       

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools

• Fluent in the national language and Business English                                                                                                                                                                                                                  • At least 5 years experience in the same capacity preferably in 4* or 5* Hotels.

Additional Language is an added advantage.
