Night Manager

• Supervise all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and policies.

• Coordinate with departments such as Housekeeping and Security to maintain smooth operations.

• Conduct regular property walks to ensure safety and cleanliness.

• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes during nighttime hours.

• Ensure VIP and special requests are accommodated appropriately.

• • Perform nightly audits, including reconciling daily revenue and preparing reports.

  • Monitor financial transactions and ensure accurate billing.

  • • Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff by monitoring security systems and addressing any incidents.

    • Implement emergency procedures when necessary and coordinate with relevant departments.

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred with 4-5 years of experience.

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
