Company Description

Job Description

  • Deliver a high standard of guest experience to the hotels overnight operation ensuring safety and security of the property
  • Embrace technology using our PMS system, Opera Cloud
  • Carrying out reception duties and leading by example and providing four star service.
  • Collaborate with the Night Manager to cross check and balance work completed during the day for all outlets, maintaining guest accounts

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Front Office or hotel outlet
  • Computer literate, with particularly strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Projects professional image at all times through personal presentation / interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of the responsibilities of other areas within the Finance Department preferred
