Job Description

Complete key shift tasks like reports, wake‑up calls, Express Check‑Outs, and Night Audit duties with precision.
Communicate clearly through thorough handovers and report any issues or inconsistencies to the Night Manager.
Deliver swift, polished guest service—from check‑ins to calls to complaints—with genuine heartfelt hospitality.
Keep guest records, registrations, accounts, and security procedures sharp, accurate, and up to date.
Coordinate seamlessly with Housekeeping and other teams to keep rooms, and daily operations running smoothly.
Stay engaged through ongoing training and confidently take on additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

You will be

Bringing 1–2 years of Front Office or hotel experience to the role
Confident using computers, with strong skills in MS Excel.
Drawing on any previous experience in a hotel Finance Department, if applicable.
Familiar with the broader responsibilities within a Finance Department, or eager to learn them.
