A little bit about the Pullman Sydney Airport:

Pullman Sydney Airport, a 5-star hotel located in Mascot at Sydney Airport is currently seeking a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) Night Auditor to join our luxury property boasting 229 rooms and suites with extensive meeting facilities. The Pullman Sydney Airport also boasts an extensive dining experience our Mobius Bar and Grill – a relaxed contemporary dining adventure located on the ground floor of the hotel.

As a Night Auditor, your over night shifts will include:

• Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift basis
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times to all guests
• Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure
• Assisting with in Room Dining and other guest requests
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information
• Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety

The successful candidate will have:

• Energy, enthusiasm and creativity to bring a personal touch to our guests
• Customer focus & strong communication skills
• Immaculate presentation
• Strong analytical skills, financial knowledge or experience desirable
• Must be reliable with the ability to work 4 days a week on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• A passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for working with people from all over the world
• Must have Valid NSW RSA Competency Card
• Must have full working rights in Australia
