This is a multi-skilled role incorporating both Front Office and Food and Beverage Duties in line with the business demands

Have the ability to multi-task and have a can-do attitude in this exciting fast-paced environment.
Flexible and always ready to assist at any stage of the guests’ stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between.
This may include working in the Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast, Bar, Night and supporting the Reservations and Back Office Teams when needed.
As a passionate individual, you will be dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
Our hotel offers 141 rooms, and food & beverage facilities
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.

Job Description
- Full-time Multi-Skilled Team Member at Ibis Glasgow.
- Combines Front Office and Food & Beverage responsibilities.
- Welcoming guests, check-in/check-out, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, bar duties, and supporting reservations/back-office tasks.
- Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- £13.25 per hour, with training and opportunities for career development within Accor.

- Fluent in English.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexible and able to work across different hotel departments.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Passionate about hospitality and providing a great guest experience.
- Willingness to learn and undertake training.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexible availability for Front Office and Food & Beverage shifts.
