Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Butler to join our esteemed team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Butler in our organization, you will provide exceptional, personalized service to our discerning clientele, ensuring their every need is met with efficiency and grace.
- Welcome and prepare for guest arrivals, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Offer personalized, anticipatory service to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Manage administrative tasks, including responding to emails, preparing welcome cards, and ordering amenities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay, handling requests such as wake-up calls, packing/unpacking, and special arrangements
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of local attractions, customs, and services to assist guests with inquiries
- Uphold the highest standards of service quality in line with our organization's reputation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of work
- Continuously seek opportunities to create memorable experiences for our guests
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high-end household management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer-focused approach
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs with empathy and discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- In-depth knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and the expectations of high-end clientele
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
- Impeccable personal grooming and presentation
- Proficiency in using technology for guest services and administrative tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise utmost discretion
- Hospitality management degree or butler certification preferred
- Familiarity with Egyptian customs and culture is advantageous
