Job Description

Multi-Hotel Revenue Manager (m/f/d) - 2 years parental leave cover

Our Revenue Management team for Europe & North Africa is looking for a Multi Hotel Revenue Manager (m/f/d). As part of the German team, you will be responsible for a dedicated portfolio of several hotels across the country. 

The position is a 2 year fixed-term, as part of a parental leave cover. 

 

Your responsibilities 

  • Analyze hotel performance using relevant KPIs such as ADR, Occupancy, and RevPAR, and derive clear, actionable recommendations 

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and availability, and work closely with the hotels to develop revenue optimization measures 

  • Prepare and manage dynamic forecasts by rooms, revenue, segments, and days based on booking trends, pick-up, and market influences 

  • Make daily decisions on pricing, inventory management, group quotations, and distribution channels to maximize revenue and profitability 

  • Set recommendations across Reservations, Front Office, and relevant systems such as RMS and our CRS

  • Work closely with General Managers, hotel teams, and your colleagues, and contribute to cross-functional team projects 


Qualifications

Your profile 

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in Revenue Management, ideally within the hospitality industry 

  • Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and results-oriented working style 

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills 

  • Strong service orientation and a good sense for commercial business drivers 

  • Experience with hotel systems such as CRS, and Revenue Management tools 

  • Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Fluency in German and English is essential
