Rixos Qetaifan Island North

Rixos Qetaifan Island North will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort will boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

Motion Graphic Designer

This position is responsible for creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations that communicate our brand message and captivate our audience.

• Conceptualize and create engaging motion graphics for various marketing campaigns, promotional materials, social media content, and digital platforms.
• Produce visually stunning animations, visual effects, and dynamic elements that enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of our marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative ideas and concepts that align with the resort's brand objectives and target audience.
• Utilize a variety of animation techniques, including character animation, motion graphics, and special effects, to bring concepts to life.
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools to design and animate graphics, including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant programs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with other team members and industry partners as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in animation techniques and software.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating compelling motion graphics and animations, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity, innovation, and visual excellence.
• Portfolio showcasing your best motion graphic design work, demonstrating your ability to convey ideas and evoke emotions through animation.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and willingness to learn new techniques and tools as needed.
