Fairmont Amman Hotel is looking for a Moroccan Bath Specialist to join Our Spa team. We are looking for an English/ Arabic -speaking  specialist/therapist with at least 3 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities and essential job functions includes but are not limited to the following:

• Specialized in Moroccan Bath Therapy, performs Moroccan baths and spa treatments on clients 
• Prepares the point of sale and preparation areas 
• Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets through upselling/cross selling
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Comply with all hygiene standards, quality, rules and regulations
• Cleans and tidies the recreation area and massage rooms - sauna - gym, etc. after closing
• Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail sales 
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way 
• Follow departmental policies and procedures, and follow all safety and sanitation policies 
• Assists with other responsibilities and duties in the absence of a team members or other tasks assigned by the manager. 
• Follows all policies and procedures ascertained by the hotel.
