Job Description

Membership / Villa Billing Coordinator / Accounts Receivable

The Membership Billing Coordinator will be responsible for posting monthly transactions, preparing monthly invoices and statements, posting each receipt, wire transfer, balance of membership ledger, handle all membership inquiries and reporting.

  • Communicate with members regarding billing & collection issues, contribute to monthly Credit Meeting preparation.
  • Handle all aspects of Membership billing and villa rental program.
  • Research and follow up on guest disputes and credit card chargebacks.
  • Tri-Party and Villa HOA accounting
    • Billing
    • Balance sheet reconciliation
    • Monthly reporting packet preparation
  • Assist with various special projects as assigned by the Assistant Director of Finance/Credit Manager


  • Background in accounting and proficient knowledge of computer programs.  Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate with customers on a professional level.
  • Proficient in computer programs, such as Accounting programs and Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc.)
  • Prior accounting experience is required.
  • Customer Service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written in English.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to question from managers, clients, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to communicate to customers in a professional, business-like manner.

Additional Information

Hourly Rate Range: $25.00 - $27.00 USD
