Job Description

This role is responsible for leading and executing sponsorship marketing efforts across the Pacific Region to increase brand awareness and consideration, engage loyalty members, and ultimately drive direct revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing major sponsorships such as Accor Stadium and Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney Olympic Park to maximize their value, as well as overseeing marketing initiatives and events across various commercial partnerships in sports and entertainment.

 

  • Manage sponsorships portfolio focusing on Accor Stadium, Qudos Bank Arena and sports partners, to drive direct bookings, loyalty, and brand awareness.
  • Oversee the fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables, including branding, promotion, and event participation.
  • Organise and execute events for loyalty members and VIPs, including ticketing, and resource casual team members for support.
  • Collaborate with digital teams and partners to create and manage a content calendar, plan emails, and execute social media strategies.
  • Close liaison with internal and external stakeholders In the creation and delivery of sponsorship campaigns.
  • Ongoing and accurate reporting on sponsorship and events initiatives across the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing with 5+ years experience in a partnerships marketing role
  • Experience managing a team and agency stakeholders
  • Excellent Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook skills, with competent use of other relevant applications.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
