Marketing Manager(マーケティングマネージャー)の主な役割
1. マーケティング戦略・ブランディング
・AccorおよびMGalleryブランド基準に基づくマーケティング戦略の立案・実行
・ホテルのブランドポジショニング確立およびブランド価値の向上
・年間マーケティングプランおよびアクションプランの策定
2. デジタルマーケティング
・公式ウェブサイト(Accor.com含む)のコンテンツ管理・最適化
・SNS(Instagram、Facebook等)の運用・コンテンツ企画
・デジタル広告、オンラインキャンペーンの企画・管理
・Accorのデジタルツールおよびグローバル施策との連携
3. PR・コミュニケーション
・メディア、PRエージェンシー、インフルエンサーとの関係構築
・プレスリリースの作成および配信
・メディア取材、撮影、イベント対応
・ホテルのストーリー、デザイン、体験価値の発信
4. プロモーション企画
・宿泊、レストラン、バー等のプロモーション企画・実施
・シーズナルキャンペーン、コラボレーション企画の展開
・Accorグローバル/リージョナルキャンペーンのローカライズ
5. 社内連携・収益最大化
・セールス、レベニューマネジメント、オペレーション部門との連携
・集客および収益最大化を目的としたマーケティング施策の推進
・各種KPI分析および改善提案
6. 予算管理・レポーティング
・マーケティング予算の管理
・施策のROI分析
・オーナーおよびAccor本部向けレポート作成
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager
1. Marketing Strategy & Branding
Develop and execute marketing strategies in line with Accor and MGallery brand standards
Establish and strengthen the hotel’s brand positioning and brand value
Create annual marketing plans and detailed action plans
2. Digital Marketing
Manage and optimize content for the official website, including Accor.com
Plan and manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising and online campaigns
Coordinate with Accor’s digital tools and global marketing initiatives
3. PR & Communications
Build and maintain relationships with media, PR agencies, and influencers
Create and distribute press releases
Coordinate media interviews, photo shoots, and press events
Communicate the hotel’s story, design concept, and unique guest experiences
4. Promotional Planning
Plan and execute promotions for accommodation, restaurants, bars, spa, and other outlets
Develop seasonal campaigns and collaboration projects
Localize Accor global and regional campaigns for the local market
5. Cross-Department Collaboration & Revenue Growth
Work closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations teams
Drive marketing initiatives aimed at increasing traffic and maximizing revenue
Analyze KPIs and propose improvements based on performance
6. Budget Management & Reporting
Manage and control the marketing budget
Analyze ROI for marketing activities
Prepare reports for hotel ownership and Accor corporate offices

Practical experience in marketing within the hotel industry or luxury brands
Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred
Understanding of and strong affinity for Accor / MGallery brand standards
