Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for executing the Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Digital and Marketing strategy for all departments within the hotel.

 

 What you will be doing:

  • Measures, interprets, prioritizes and evaluates the effectiveness of marketing communications activities through an ROI analysis and adjust as necessary
  • Develops and maintains active contacts with the press and key media people, and evaluates all media solicitations and exposures.
  • Recommends and develops proposals and directs and implements below the line sales promotions, with external partners such as credit card companies, banks, department stores, airlines, etc. to support the advertising and sales campaigns.
  • Closely works with e-Commerce/Revenue Manager to maximize use of the targeted market information including customer profile, behavior, and yield for the planning and evaluation of marketing communications.
  • In-coordination with e-Commerce who serves as the Webmaster for hotel's Webpage and Internet related exposure and advertising

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years previous leadership experience within similar role in marketing or communications field
  • Outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • A confident and dynamic speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of an organisation
  • Enthusiastic and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with others
  • Proven organisational skills, works well on their own. Able to set and meet deadlines with quality results
