Pullman Bali Legian Beach is a beach front resort in a urban chic style, located between the exciting Kuta and Legian Beach, only 20 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

The hotel offers 365 beautiful, spacious rooms & suites. While for business purpose, ballroom and meeting rooms are available for conference up to 350 guests.

• Performs as Guest Relation, Information operations, applying the organisational structure defined by the Hotel Manager.
• Promotes the Pullman brand philosophy through his or her exemplary attitude, behaviour, uniform and excellent communication skills especially in Mandarin Language and also English language.
• Forms the link and interfaces between the hotel's different departments and various points of reception. Is mobile.
• Takes care of guests from their arrival through to their departure. Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay.
• Promotes the hotel's offer. Helps meet the department's quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts.

2 years experience at the same position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel chain, Speaks and write Mandarin language professionally, Diploma in hospitality, and also English speaking skills.

He / She should have outgoing personality, Open mindedness, sense of service initiative, interpersonal skills, and very good team work.
