Job Description

Conveniently located in the hustle and bustle of the CBD, we are now taking expressions of interest for a Maintenance Technician in our rebranded & re-vamped Novotel Sydney City Centre.

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's maintenance including preventative, predictive and reactive works.

What will you be doing?

In this role you will help to maintain the building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings, using safe working practices, protecting the asset and ensuring it remains a functional, pleasant and safe environment for all customers both internal / external.


Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience working on the maintenance of hotels, fixed plant or equipment systems.
  • Knowledge of preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance strategies.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self motivated  person who takes a proactive approach to work and is punctual and reliable.
  • Ability to accommodate flexibility with shifts.
