Job Description
• Plan, design, and maintain the hotel’s gardens, lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and trees. Ensure all outdoor areas are clean, tidy, and free of debris.
• Monitor plant health, diagnose issues, and implement solutions (e.g., pest control, fertilization, pruning). Develop seasonal planting schedules to ensure year-round visual appeal.
• Implement eco-friendly gardening practices, such as composting, organic fertilizers, and native plant species.
• Supervise and train a team of gardeners, assigning tasks and ensuring high-quality work.
Qualifications
•Degree or diploma in horticulture, landscape design, or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in gardening or landscaping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
•Strong knowledge of plants, soil types, and gardening techniques.
•Proficiency in using gardening tools and equipment.
•Good communication skills in spoken and written Khmer. Able to speak English is a plus.
•Excellent leadership and team management skills.
