Luggage Porter - The Mozart Prague

As a Luggage Porter at The Mozart Prague, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm welcome and assisting guests with their luggage and other needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with luggage to and from their rooms.
• Providing information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinating with the front desk to ensure efficient guest service.
• Handling guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
• Assisting with valet parking and other duties as required

• Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Czech and English; knowledge of additional languages ​​is a plus.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
