• Ensure safe, sanitary, and well-equipped pool facilities.
• Assist with equipment setup for special events.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding swimming operations.
• Clean assigned facilities to maintain sanitation and safety.
• Supervise pools for water safety and procedural adherence.
• Maintain awareness of daily hotel activities and facility knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire prevention policies in recreation areas.

• Lifeguard experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Lifeguard certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Highly responsible and reliable team player.
• Ability to work cohesively in a team.
• Focuses on guest needs, maintains calm and courteous demeanor.
• Good communication skills, proficient in English.
• Team player, highly responsible, and reliable.

About Mantis Collection: Mantis is a boutique hospitality group that was founded by conservationist Adrian Gardiner in 2000, with its main focus predominantly in Africa and the Middle East. Mantis grew from Adrian’s vision to restore and rewild degraded farmland which he developed into a widely-acclaimed Private Game Reserve.
