Golf - Supervisor

Golf - Supervisor

This is a full-time seasonal position, starting at the beginning of May 2025, and ending October 13, 2025.

As a Golf Supervisor at Fairmont Chateau Whistler, you will be an ambassador for our on-site championship golf course and the exceptional service that our colleagues offer, from check-in to the course, the retail store, and supporting our colleagues who are working on the Golf course.

Starting Rate of Pay: $22.05

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $26.05.

Job Duties Include:

• Assist with training, coaching and supervising Golf Services Professionals, Golf Retail Associates and other golf course team members
• Ensure all standards are being met by Golf Services team
• Accountable for inventory of guest supplies and golf cart fleet
• Assist guests upon arrival to golf course, by providing a warm greeting and assisting with golf luggage
• Prepare, organize and clean golf cart fleet
• Ensure daily upkeep of practice facility
• Provide guest shuttles to and from hotel and/or practice facility

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous golf course experience an asset, but not required
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean record is required
• Valid Class 4 BC Driver's License is an asset
