Mondaine de Pariso Istanbul is looking for a talented and detail-oriented "LED Operator" to join its Entertainment team.


Job Description

  • Operate the main stage LED wall and the LED display integrated into the piano during live performances and Resident DJ shows.
  • Execute show cues accurately according to the production timeline and performance schedule.
  • Coordinate the operation of the rotating piano platform during designated moments of the show.
  • Monitor the performance of all LED systems before, during, and after each show.
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of LED walls and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate with the technical team when necessary.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained in excellent working condition and complies with operational and safety standards.
  • Work closely with performers, DJs, stage managers, and the technical team to deliver seamless live entertainment experiences.

Qualifications

  • Fundamental knowledge of video systems, video installations, video switchers, and cabling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the ability to troubleshoot basic computer and network issues.
  • Experience with LED wall setup, operation, and basic maintenance, including systems.
  • Previous experience operating technical systems for live shows, concerts, or entertainment productions.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Basic knowledge of moving head or robotic lighting systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills.
