• Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing
• Inspect items for damage or stains and treat accordingly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
• Assist with inventory and stock of laundry supplies
• Provide excellent service when handling guest laundry requests

• Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping in hospitality preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of laundry chemicals and equipment
• Good communication skills in English
