Job Description
- Carry out operation shift duty
- Work closely with Housekeeping to carry out routine maintenance program
- Make periodic inspection tours to check all operation equipment functioning properly
- Keep all working tools in good condition.
- In case of emergency should report to work immediately
- Maintain operation log sheet and to review with Engineering supervisor /Assit. Chief Engineer.
- Work closely with peers to assist in their jobs when requested by Assistant Chief Engineer and Engineering Supervisor
- Follow maintenance and cleaning schedule strictly for Kitchen and Laundry equipments.
- Follow safety rules and regulations on the job, departmental procedures
- Attain all departmental meeting and training classes
- Keep informed daily work progress
- Develop skills through training and hands on experience
- Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- College diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 4-5 years of similar experience
- Past experience of working in the Maldives
- Good in reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
