IT Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to join our team at SO/ Uptown Dubai. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our organization's entire IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and driving technological innovation to support our business goals.

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud systems
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Ensure the security and integrity of company data through robust cybersecurity measures
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity
• Oversee IT project management, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Provide regular reports on IT performance, projects, and budgets to senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or senior IT roles
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity
• Proven experience in project management and IT service delivery
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and align IT initiatives with business goals
• Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations
• Adaptability to rapidly changing technology landscapes
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) are a plus
