• IT project co-ordination, management, and implementation
• Must work in timely, safe, prudent, and organized manner

• More than 6 years IT management level experience in a hotel or hospitality industry
• Previous experience with hospitality industry software suite, e.g. Opera, Infrasys, SUN, BSS a must
• Conversational level English skill compulsory
• Conversational Japanese preferred
• Experience in staff management and training

• Interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

• Time management and multi-tasking skills

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team

• ホテルまたはホスピタリティ業界で6年以上のITマネジメントレベルの経験
• ホスピタリティ業界向けソフトウェア（Opera、Infrasys、SUN、BSSなど）の使用経験（必須
• 会話レベルの英語スキル必須
• 日本語ができれば尚可
• スタッフマネジメントおよびトレーニング経験
• 対人能力、問題解決能力
• 時間管理、マルチタスクスキル
• テンポの速い環境でプレッシャーに負けずに働く能力
• チームの一員として同僚と協調して働く能力
