Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative IT Manager to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our organization's technology infrastructure, implementing strategic IT initiatives, and leading a team of IT professionals to ensure smooth operations and drive technological advancements.

  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
  • Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect the organization's data and systems
  • Analyze and optimize IT systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide innovative solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
  • Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
  • Establish IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence
  • Provide regular reports on IT performance, projects, and strategic initiatives to senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management roles, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems
  • Experience in managing and implementing large-scale IT projects
  • Proficiency in IT security best practices and risk management
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, ITIL)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation
  • In-depth understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Ability to think strategically and align IT initiatives with organizational goals
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL) are a plus
