To be filled: 6-month internship September 2024.
An international experience for you to grow, learn and enjoy spreading Accor culture & values through outstanding communication actions and project towards future talents.
Some national & international business travels will be planned during the mission.
What awaits you/
Social media management & Communication:
Animate & moderate our connections to students and candidates through:
- Global Accor candidate’s mailbox
- Next Gen LinkedIn page
- Hosco page
Animate the Partner School ambassadors (Ongoing communication, Community management, production of campus activation toolkits, …)
Production of online & offline communication materials (with external agencies or freelancers)
Coordinate with social media teams, corporate communication all related actions about Schools & Talent Attraction Programs.
School Partnership management & Events
Identification, inscription to school career fairs and key events/programs in our partner schools or in our HQ’s in Paris.
Preparation and participation to digital and in-person career fairs including coordination with enlarged recruitment teams.
VIE & Graduate Programs
Support of the program deployment & management
Other
Monthly & Annual reports management on several talent acquisition initiatives.
You will be also working on some Employer Branding initiatives.
For each topic, create a clear process and toolkit.
Part of a team of 3 colleagues based in Issy-Les-Moulineaux you will be under the responsibility of the Global Schools & Talent Attraction Manager.
Level of studies: + 4 / +5
Fields of Studies: HR, Communication, Digital Marketing, Events, Project Management
Professional Experience: Previous internship(s)
Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken (very important), French is a plus
Detail oriented person, strong organization, creative, data centric and adaptation skills.
Computer Skills – Pack Office (high skills in PowerPoint and Canva).
