Job Description
- Assist the Butler team in delivering personalized and professional service to guests throughout their stay.
- Support guest arrivals and departures, including luggage handling, room orientation, and basic guest requests.
- Prepare guest rooms and amenities according to established standards and guest preferences.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Learn and follow luxury hospitality standards, grooming guidelines, and service etiquette at all times.
- Perform administrative and operational duties as assigned while gaining hands-on experience in Butler service.
Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in luxury Butler service and guest experience.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive and service-minded attitude.
- Flexible, responsible, and able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
