Procuramos uma/um novo Assistant Housekeeping Manager para o Novotel Lisboa!

- que esperamos de ti:

Juntamente e reportando à Housekeeping Manager, manter a supervisão diária de toda a equipa de Housekeeping
Impulsionar a produtividade, motivação e desenvolvimento de todos os membros da equipa
Garantir que os altos padrões de limpeza e produtividade sejam atendidos e mantidos de acordo com as diretrizes da empresa
Organizar, coordenar e distribuir as tarefas diárias para os membros da equipa em diferentes turnos
Garantir que as normas e práticas adequadas de segurança química e de saúde e segurança ocupacional sejam mantidas
Monitorizar os padrões de limpeza do quarto através de inspeções diárias

Qualificações

Quem és:

Atenção excecional aos detalhes com experiência anterior em liderança do departamento de Housekeeping
Excelente comunicação, habilidades interpessoais e de gestão de tempo com uma personalidade amigável e extrovertida
Pensamento rápido, que pode decidir no local para garantir que o dia corra o mais suavemente possível
Excelentes habilidades de preparação e apresentação
Uma pessoa que não é apenas um líder, mas também um "team player", que será prático para ver a sua equipa a ter sucesso
Português e Inglês são idiomas essenciais

Formação superior na área de hotelaria ou turismo é uma vantagem
