Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dashboard and Insights Assistant (Intern). This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization, and performance reporting within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support the team in developing and maintaining dashboards, extracting insights from large datasets, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reports in Tableau and other visualization tools.
  • Support data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and internal data systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of reporting outputs by conducting data validation and checks.
  • Work closely with Global teams to support the alignment of reports, KPIs, and performance standards across different markets
  • Contribute to the preparation of performance reviews, trend analysis, and ad-hoc analytical requests.
  • Provide support in documenting processes, data sources, and reporting methodologies.
  • Stay up to date with best practices in business intelligence, visualization, and data storytelling.

Qualifications

  • Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Prior exposure to data analysis projects, academic or professional, is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau (experience in creating dashboards and visualizations is essential).
  • Strong analytical skills with basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for data manipulation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of additional tools such as Power BI is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and resolve them effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for working with data.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude.
