Job Description

  • Supervise and handle the daily IT operations.
  • Responsible for the administration and inventory of all equipment, software and licenses.
  • Ensure that all computer and related equipment is accounted for at all times.
  • Assist authorized users in operational matters relating to hotel systems.
  • Liaise with and maintain good working relationships with software and hardware vendors.
  • Monitor and document all system activities.


  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. 
  • Proficient in English. 
  • Strong understanding of OPERA, Micros Symphony, MC, Fusion and other IT-related systems.
  • Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
  • Excellent leadership and communications skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
