Job Description
THE MISSION?
- You have been appointed Finance Minister at your Mama! 👏
- A real financial assistant to the hotel manager, you oversee invoices and manage the general cash flow of the establishment.
- You oversee the management of customer invoices: complaints, disputes & chargebacks.
- You provide administrative and accounting follow-up including the development of the general ledger. You control the cash registers and verify all existing accounts as well as accounts receivable.
- You participate in the optimization of revenue and conduct analysis through reports to Management based at headquarters 📊.
- You guarantee & uphold good practices in internal control; Mama keeps an eye on it 🧐.
